Merchant Data

When you install and use the App, we collect the following merchant data:

  • Shop Information: Your Shopify store domain and shop identifier
  • Product Data: Product IDs, titles, and handles for products you enable for virtual try-on
  • Usage Data: Try-on generation counts, timestamps, and product associations
  • Analytics Data: Conversion tracking data including order IDs, product IDs, quantities, and prices (anonymized)
  • Billing Information: Subscription plan details, billing amounts, and payment status
  • Merchant Contact Details: Store owner name and contact email synchronized from Shopify

Customer Data

When your customers use the virtual try-on feature:

  • Customer Photos: Images uploaded by customers for virtual try-on (processed in real-time and NOT stored)
  • Product Images: Product images fetched from your Shopify store for try-on processing

Important: We do not collect, store, or process customer personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses. Customer photos are processed temporarily for try-on generation and are not stored in our systems.

How We Use Your Information

  1. App Functionality: To enable virtual try-on features for your products
  2. Usage Tracking: To track try-on generations and enforce subscription limits

Data Processing and Third-Party Services

We use Google Cloud's API to process customer and product images. These images are transmitted securely to Google Cloud for generation of virtual try-on results.

  • Data Transmitted: Customer photos (base64 encoded) and product images
  • Purpose: Virtual try-on image generation
  • Retention: Images are processed in real-time and not stored
  • Model Training: Google does not use customer data to train AI/ML models without our permission

Data Storage and Retention

Merchant Data

  • Session Data: Stored for the duration of your active session
  • Usage Data: Retained for billing and analytics purposes
  • Billing Data: Retained as required by law

Customer Data

  • Customer Photos: NOT stored - processed in real-time and immediately discarded
  • Generated Try-On Images: NOT stored - provided directly to customers

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data:
