What counts as a try-on?
Each time a customer generates a virtual try-on image using your product, it counts as one try-on. This happens when they upload their photo and click to see how the product looks on them.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the Tryvia app in your Shopify admin.
What happens if I run out of try-ons?
If you use all your monthly try-ons, your customers won't be able to generate new try-ons until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan.
Is there a free trial?
All plans include 10 free try-ons each month so you can test the feature. For a full evaluation, we recommend starting with the Basic plan.
